Want to Host an Event?

Set up an appointment with the events team and we'll help you plan, organize, and run the event from start to finish — completely free of charge. City grants may also be available for prize pools and community events.

Event Guidelines

Planning Lead Time

All event requests should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance to allow for setup, coordination, and any asset loading required.

Supported Event Types

Community socials, fight nights, racing circuits, business showcases, city meetings, auctions, and more. If you can dream it, ask us.

City Grants

Community events may qualify for city grant funding to cover prize pools, decorations, or logistics. Mention it in your request.

Recurring Events

Want to run a weekly or monthly series? We support recurring event slots. Get in touch via Discord to lock in your time.
