Window 5Business Regulations

BBB Rules

All business owners and employees are expected to read, understand, and follow these regulations.

Better Business Bureau Notice

These regulations govern every business operating in Final Call RP. Owning a business is a privilege managed by the BBB — these rules exist to keep the city's economy fair and its roleplay strong.

BR-01

Business Conduct

  • 01Businesses exist to create roleplay. Every business is expected to actively generate RP for the city — not just profit.
  • 02Pricing must be fair and reasonable. Price gouging, monopolizing goods, or strong-arming other businesses OOC will not be tolerated.
  • 03All business dealings are conducted in character — aside from server-approved Discords and the website (our website is mostly in character). OOC advertising, OOC recruitment, and OOC deals anywhere else are prohibited.
  • 04Toxicity between business owners — in character or out — goes through the BBB, not through DMs or public channels.
BR-02

Ownership & Operations

  • 01All businesses must be applied for and approved through the BBB before operating.
  • 02Owners are responsible for their employees while on the clock. Hire people you trust to represent your brand.
  • 03Business transfers, name changes, and closures must go through the BBB.
    • You cannot sell or hand off a business to another player without BBB approval.
    • Schedule a meeting through the BBB page for ownership changes.
  • 04Upgrade and menu-alteration requests are submitted through the BBB page — not through staff DMs or tickets.
BR-03

Activity & Compliance

  • 01Businesses must remain active. Prolonged inactivity can result in the business being repossessed and offered to waiting applicants.
  • 02All server rules apply on business premises. Owners who allow rule-breaking on their property risk strikes against the business.
  • 03Crimes targeting businesses must follow the server conflict rules — and business owners have the right to defend their property.
  • 04The BBB reserves the right to audit, fine, suspend, or revoke any business license for violations of these rules. Decisions can be appealed through a BBB meeting.

All rules are subject to change without notice. It is your responsibility to check back often. The BBB reserves the right to make decisions at its discretion — all final decisions must be respected by all owners and employees.
